📍 Tuesday 7PM – The Strength Lab (Intermediate/Advanced)
A dynamic, full-body exploration of controlled intensity. This class blends classical mat Pilates with strength work and calisthenics to challenge precision, stamina, and body awareness.
📍 Thursday 7PM – The Reformer Substitute (Intermediate)
A reformer-inspired mat experience that translates spring-loaded resistance into bodyweight control. Expect fluid transitions, deep engagement, and an entirely new perspective on mat work.
📍 Thursday 8PM – The Reset Session (All Levels)
A slower-paced, sensory-focused class designed to refine alignment, improve mobility, and restore balance. Incorporating breath, bands, and gentle resistance, this is where you tune in and recalibrate.

With a max of 4 participants, you’ll train on all Pilates equipment—Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Push-up Devices, Barrels, and Tower—targeting strength, stability, and symmetry.
