About
I'm Siânna (pronounced Shana)
I do what I do because I believe bodies are happiest if you keep them moving. How that looks and what that is, is different to each individual. I see it as my privilege to help you along on that journey; to find deep connections within your own body that allows you to feel empowered and intelligent.
I’m here to provide unique training, whether it's somatic movement practice, pilates, aerial yoga, breath work or calisthenics. Finessing what your body needs and what that will look like over time I believe should be diverse, fun and challenging.
I come from a background of Dance and Circus, having performed, taught and choreographed professionally for over 15 years (www.siannabruce.com). I know what it’s like to feel really strong at peak fitness and I also know what it’s like to experience injuries, chronic pain, surgeries, years of rehabilitation and the perseverance and resilience that develops as a result.
I believe I have a unique set of knowledge and expertise that allow me to be an excellent teacher.
