PILATES BARRELS
Pilates Barrel class integrates the traditional Pilates method with the dynamic challenge of the barrel equipment, designed to enhance your posture, flexibility, and balance. Whether you are a beginner exploring the fundamentals or an experienced enthusiast seeking to deepen your practice, this class is tailored to cater to all skill levels.

PILATES TOWER
Pilates Tower is a a versatile apparatus that allows for a wide range of exercises, offering both resistance and support. In this class you’ll engage in a series of fluid, low-impact exercises that combine strength training, flexibility, and core stability. Experience the Tower's unique springs and bars, enhancing traditional Pilates movements for a deeper and more effective workout. Improve posture, alignment, and muscle tone through controlled movements that focus on precision and mindfulness.

PILATES PLAY-GROUND
Pilates Playground is a fun and challenging circuit-style class on Pilates Mat and Pilates Apparatus. First, the class warms up together on the Pilates mat with a full-body flow. We then will break into a Pilates Circuit using the Pilates Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Push-up Devices, Pilates Barrels, and Pedipole. This class was started in the US at Jaime White’s first studios and very quickly became a favorite and most requested class. Come experience a fun playground circuit with us.
PILATES MAT
Pilates Mat offers a dynamic and focused workout experience that takes place on the mat, emphasizing core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. In this class, participants engage in a series of exercises designed to build a strong and stable core, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness. Our instructors guide you through a sequence of movements that target various muscle groups, using body weight as resistance.
REFORMER
In a typical session, we will lead you through a series of movements that are designed to target specific muscle groups. These movements often involve pulling or pushing against springs or straps, providing resistance that helps in building core strength and improving overall body alignment. The Reformer's carriage, which slides back and forth on rails, also adds an element of cardiovascular workout and helps in enhancing balance and mobility.

PILATES CHAIR + PUSH UP DEVICES
Pilates Wunda Chair and Push-Up Devices is a specialized session that incorporates two distinct pieces of equipment into the Pilates repertoire: the Wunda Chair and push-up devices. This class provides a unique and challenging workout experience, focusing on building strength, stability, and flexibility.
